Unsystematic Risks

Some majeure risks may be less likely to occur but will have a significant impact if they occur such as storms, fires, and earthquakes. These risks can destroy partially or totally the business establishments, farms and plantations of the Company.

Risk management measure:

The Company has purchased insurance policies for the plantations of rubber trees, oil palm, sugar cane; livestock insurance; occupational accident insurances for the workers and employees; and liability insurance for the third parties, etc.
