HAGL Agrico announces the change of personnel

According to Board Resolution No.3006/20 dated June 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of HAGL Agrico unanimously elected Mr. Doan Nguyen Duc as Chairman and Mr. Do Xuan Dien as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors for the term from 2020 to 2025.

List of members of the Board of Directors for the term from 2020 to 2025:

-          Mr. Doan Nguyen Duc: Chairman

-          Mr. Do Xuan Dien: Deputy Chairman, Independent Member

-          Mr. Vo Truong Son: Member

-          Ms. Vo Thi My Hanh: Member

-          Mr. Nguyen Quan Anh: Member

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phi: Member

On the same day, the Board of Supervisors unanimously elected Mr. Le Hong Phong as Head of the Board of Supervisors for the term from 2020 to 2025
