HAGL Agrico announces the information about listing the HNG shares on the HOSE

Pursuant to Decision No. 278/QD-SGDHCM on July 10, 2015 by Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange ("HOSE") on approval for the listing of  HAGL Agrico ("HNG"). The company would like to announce the contents related to the listing of shares of HNG as follows: HAGL Agrico lists 708 million of shares on HOSE with stock code of HNG and will be officially traded on July 20, 2015 with the reference price in the first trading day is at 28,000 dong/share.
