HAGL Agrico is allowed to extend the announcement date of interim financial statements

The State Securities Commission has allowed HAGL Agrico to extend the announcement date of interim financial statements as prescribed in Point b Clause 2 Article 11 of the Circular 155 /2015/TT-BTC dated 6 October 2015 of the Minister of Ministry of Finance guiding the announcement of information on securities market. 'The extension date is within 60 days from the end date of the first 6 months of 2016 but does not exceed 5 days from the date on which the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.
