HAGL Agrico was approved to delay the convening of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

HAGL Agrico applied an extension to the Department of Planning and Investment of Gia Lai Province to delay the convening of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Therefore, on April 20, 2017, the Department allowed HAGL Agrico to delay the 2017 Annual General Meeting but no more than 06 months from the last date of fiscal year. Detail: link download
