Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated December 27, 2018 as follows:
- Approving the list of the resignation of members of Directorate, effective from January 01, 2019:
- Mr. Trinh Xuan Nhan;
- Mr. Le Dinh Vu;
- Mr. Hoang Dinh Quy;
- Mr. Phan Thanh Thu;
- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thao.
- Approving the resignation of Ms. Ho Thi Tuyet Loan as Chief Accountant as from January 01, 2019.
- Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Bao Son as Deputy CEO as from January 01, 2019.
- Approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Xuan Hoa as Chief Accountant as from January 01, 2019.
