Legal Risks

The business activities of the Company are governed largely by the policies, laws and other regulations issued by the Government and local authorities in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.  As a listed company, the Company’s operations are also managed by the Law on Enterprise, Law on Securities and other regulations of the stock exchange. However, the laws and regulations are still under continuous improvement, so the possible legal and policy changes will have certain impacts on the management and operation activities of the Company.

Risk management measures:

HAGL Agrico has organized the legal team who regularly updates the legal documents for timely prediction and helps the Company to operate in compliance with legal provisions.
